Equity - Centered Strategy

• As an Equity-centered strategist  helping organizations cultivate critical analysis and unearth new insights in the areas of organizational culture & development, investment and grantmaking, liberatory evaluation, and community-driven impact. I am the co-architect behind the Equity Footprint, a tool to assess equitable practices across seven key areas within an organization.
